Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Feasa Enterprises Limited respects your right to privacy and complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy explains what we do with any personal data you give us through this website, and what rights you have over it. Feasa Enterprises Limited is the data controller. Our registered office is at Holland Road, National Technology Park, Castletroy, Limerick, V94 HHR9, Ireland.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. It sets no cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service run by our hosting provider, to see how many people visit our pages; it uses no cookies, no persistent identifier and no fingerprinting, and it cannot follow you across other websites. There is no advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking of any kind. The only thing kept on your device is your language choice, if you pick one, which is stored in your browser and never sent to us. Our Cookies Policy sets this out in full.

Personal data you give us

When you contact us through our contact form or our document request form, we collect what you put in that form. That is your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, your country, the type of enquiry, and whatever you write in the message. On the document request form we also record which products and documents you asked for, along with any notes you add. We use this to answer you and to supply the products, services, support or documents you asked for. We do not use it for marketing without your consent and we do not sell it to anyone.

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It is cookieless and does not use any persistent identifier, fingerprinting technique or client-side storage, so it cannot build a profile of you as an individual and cannot follow you across other websites. We do not run any other analytics, visitor statistics package or profiling of any kind. Our hosting provider also processes the technical information needed to deliver and secure a web page, including your IP address, as part of serving the site. We do not use that information to build any picture of individual visitors.

Spam protection on our forms

To stop automated submissions we use three checks that need no third-party service and no captcha. The form contains a hidden field that a person never sees and never fills in, it records how long the page was open before submission, and it checks that the request came from this website. We also limit how many times the same connection can submit a form in an hour. That limit is stored as a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, never the address itself, and it is deleted automatically within the hour.

Why we are allowed to use it

Where you send us an enquiry, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where you place an order, we rely on the performance of that contract. Where we keep order and invoice records, we rely on our legal obligations under Irish tax and company law. For the spam checks described above we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable and our inbox free of automated submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and after that for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship with you or your company. Where an enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete it within two years. Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for six years to meet Irish tax and company law requirements. Spam-protection records are deleted within one hour.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers, advertising networks, tracking services, data brokers or anyone similar. The only outside parties who handle it are the service providers named below, who act on our instructions and on our behalf so that the website runs and your enquiry reaches us. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

Service providers we use

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes the technical information needed to serve and secure each page request, and which also provides the cookieless Web Analytics service described above. When you submit one of our forms, its contents are passed to Resend, an email delivery provider, which delivers the enquiry to our own mail servers, where we then hold it. Both act as processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Each operates under its own privacy terms, and their processing may take place outside Ireland, including in the United States, under the transfer safeguards those providers have in place.

Keeping your information secure

The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the Feasa staff who need it to do their job. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it erased. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, or through www.dataprotection.ie.

How to contact us about privacy

For any question about this policy or about the personal data we hold, email [email protected] or write to Feasa Enterprises Limited, Holland Road, National Technology Park, Castletroy, Limerick, V94 HHR9, Ireland. You can also use the contact form on this website.

Sale of business

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this policy. You will be notified of any such transfer and given an opportunity to opt out.

Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page, so you can always see what information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
